Bolsa de Ideias takes up Post Millennium Tension theme to concentrate on the individual paths that run side by side with the project practice. The traditional idea of career is now substituted by freelancing where the professional discourse mixes with daily life aspects and personal values. The work also becomes the extension of a way of being of the created persona, fed by social media, a reflection of the interests beyond the discipline itself, a social participation, a manifesto. It’s on these interests that this session will be focused — with Diogo Matos, John Faifer and Luís Cepa — showing the complexity, the propositions and challenges of the new generation of designers.

Bolsa de ideias is curated by Ana Resende and João Castro and promoted by the Associação Comercial do Porto Association with the support of Porto Design Biennale.
